Yes! If you are interested in doing therapy together, I offer a free 20-minute consultation call so that we can get to know one another in order to assess for a good fit.

As far as frequency, the short answer is that it’s up to you! When we first get started, I usually recommend you being available for one session per week for three consecutive weeks before determining whether or not to meet less frequently.
I offer sessions Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
-
All therapy sessions are done virtually through a HIPAA-approved video platform called Doxy. You will receive a link to the video call prior to us meeting.

Yes! I’m licensed to provide therapy to anyone living in Wisconsin or Illinois.

UGH. It is! I am in-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Alliance, Medicare and some Medicaid insurance plans.
There is a lot of variability to what insurance coverage may look like. You can confirm your coverage by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card. It may be helpful to ask them about whether or not you have a deductible and/or a co-pay/co-insurance.
If you want to confirm specific coverage for the services that I offer, the insurance provider will want to know the following CPT codes:
90791 - Initial Appointment/Diagnostic Evaluation
90834 - Individual Therapy Appt for 45 minutes
90837 - Individual Therapy Appt for 55 minutes
-
If I am out-of-network, you will need to self-pay for sessions. I charge $150 for a standard 55-minute therapy session.
Of note, some insurance plans do reimburse their members for out-of-network services. This means that after paying me for your session, you can file a claim to your own insurance in order for them to reimburse you for partial or full cost. Call the phone number on your insurance card to ask if this is an option for you.

No, I do not. Psychiatrists prescribe psychotropic medication, and I can certainly help refer you to psychiatrists that may be in-network for you. I value collaborative care and am happy to be as involved in your treatment as is helpful.

Emphatically, yes! If therapy is unaffordable and you are uninsured, please reach out to see if I have availability.
